FIRE FIGHTING

Posted on: Mon 30 Jun 2008

ARGYLE'S Football in the Community Department have teamed up with Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue and ADT Fire and Security for an Arson awareness campaign.

The fire service gave a presentation on the dangers of fire and arson and the Community department finished the day off with a football session.

The participating children then had to design a poster on arson and, out of thousands of enteries, Jane Brooks from Yealmpstone Primary, Plympton was the winner and she is pictured with Fire Community Safety Officer Paul Baker and Argyle's Assistant Community Manager Debbie Lake receiving an signed Argyle shirt and other Green goodies.
