Community Sports Coach x 2- Plymouth:

Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking community sports coach to work within the vicinity of Plymouth. The candidate will report to Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community Trust's Scheme Manager.

Your role will include delivering sports sessions within our school programme. You will also coach during our holiday and half term courses. It will be your responsibility to create and sustain new partners to continue the progression of the trust. You will be required to work some evening and weekends.
Staff training will be provided.
Candidates must hold in date qualifications in:
FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification
Additional Sports Coaching qualification desirable
Safeguarding Children Certificate
First Aid Certificate
CRB check required

Administration Officers - Plymouth x 1 & Cornwall x 1

Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community Trust seek to employ an administrator to work within their busy Community Trust Offfice. The administrator will be responsible for:

(1) Undertake reception duties both on telephone and in person, including taking messages from our staff.
(2) To operate manual and computerized office systems, for example filing papers and maintaining databases.
(3) To undertake office duties such as:
a. dealing with the post, faxes and e-mail;
b. drafting and sending standard letters;
c. photocopying and collating papers and mailings;
d. arranging for documents to be printed;
e. monitoring stocks of basic items, for example stamps and stationery;
f. ordering stationery, periodicals, equipment and other items;
g. arranging travel and hotel accommodation.
(4) To provide administrative duties to the office manager and community staff.
(5) Inputting data into our database, taking bookings and general administrative duties.

The candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
