NEW Argyle signings Emile Mpenza and Nicolas Marin will get their first chance to impress manager Paul Sturrock this week.

The two have yet to feature at any length for the Pilgrims following their transfer-window busting moves, even though they were unused substitutes in the back-to-back away wins at Watford and Crystal Palace.

"It is difficult to put Emile or Marin on because I've not actually seen them play and know what kind of fitness levels they're on," said Luggy.

"We've got a reserve game on Tuesday, and those two will play in that game to give me an idea of what standards they are at."
