ARGYLE manager Paul Sturrock has declared his delight at Damien McCrory rejoining Port Vale on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old Irishman enjoyed a successful loan stint with League Two Vale last season making 14 appearances, and Luggy is keen for the youngster to continue his rate of progress.
"It is a fantastic move for him and the development he came back with last time."
McCrory was an unused substitute on Tuesday when Vale upset Sheffield Wednesday - Argyle's opponents at Home Park on Saturday - in their Carling Cup second round tie.
Luggy admitted he intended to send more fringe players out on loan to help with their development and offer some competitive playing time to more of Argyle's younger players, including striker George Donnelly.
"George definitely has to go out because he hasn't had any games here. We had a game we were going to play against Elburton Villa but that's been cancelled.
"There is one club come in for him that I'm very interested in doing something with. There is one of the other players going to another club.
"I've got several others I want to get out. It all depends on who people want. I am going to start phoning round."
