ARGYLE midfielder Damien McCrory has had his loan at Grimsby extended for another month.

McCrory has been with the Mariners since early November and will now remain in Lincolnshire until January 16.

The young Irishman has made seven appearances for the Blundell Park outfit having enjoyed a short spell with Port Vale earlier in the season.

Damo told Grimsby's official website: "I've been well looked after here and I have fitted in well.

"Initially I just want to get as many games under my belt as I can but I've really enjoyed it."
