Posted on: Wed 20 Jan 2010

TEN-MAN Argyle reached the quarter-finals of the Westinsure Devon St Lukes Cup on Tuesday night, when they won 3-1 at Buckland Athletic.

Senior pro Steve MacLean nursed the young Pilgrims side to a 2-0 half-time lead against the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League Premier Division side, combining with Sean Kinsella to set up Liam Head for the first before netting the second himself.
