ARGYLE have finally completed the loan signing of West Ham defender Bondz N'Gala.
The powerful defender agreed an initial one-month loan to Home Park last week but the deal was held up by unforeseen issues at the West Ham end.
These have now been resolved and yet another injury crisis in defensive positions could lead to N'Gala being involved in Tuesday's Westcountry derby with Bristol City at Home Park.
"N'Ggala's a very, very strong defender," said head coach Paul Mariner. "He's not an archetypal Championship defender - he's got more ability than that - but he's an uncompromising defender who likes to defend."
Bondz, 20, made his debut for West Ham in a League Cup tie at Bolton Wanderers last September, before a one-month loan at Argyle's Championship rivals Scunthorpe United, during which he made two appearances.
Previously, he has had loan spells at Weymouth and MK Dons.
Bondz will be given the number 29 shirt.
