CHELTENHAM AWAY

Posted on: Sat 04 Sep 2010

ARGYLE have been drawn away to Cheltenham Town in the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

The Greens will travel to the Abbey Business Stadium, Whaddon Road in the week beginning October 4.

The two clubs last met on New Year's Day in 2003 when the Greens triumphed 3-1 in a League One encounter. Buster Phillips, Ian Stonebridge and David Norris scored on that day.

The last meeting at Whaddon Road was in October 2002. Argyle came from behind to win 2-1 against the Robins, thanks to goals from Graham Coughlan and Paul Wotton.
