CARL Fletcher has repeated his assertion that matters will have to be 100% right behind the scenes at Home Park before anything changes on the big stage.

Any additions to the Pilgrims' squad before the January transfer-window closes on Tuesday will depend on financial considerations that include a Football League salary-cap.

"Everyone is working hard to make sure that, financially things are right to get players," said Fletch.

"We are always looking to improve, no matter what we do, whether it's training or preparation, or the games. Anything. In terms of the whole club, we are always looking to improve.

"We have got to make sure it's right."
