CLIVE Penton has taken charge of three games this season, handing out a total of ten yellow cards in the process.
Five of those cautions came in Luton's 2-0 defeat of Leicester on the opening day of the Coca-Cola Championship season.
Penton was the referee for two Argyle games last season, and both of them ended in a goalless draw.
Firstly, he took charge of Argyle's turgid televised draw with Millwall at Home Park in October booking nobody from Argyle.
Secondly, he was referee for the more exciting draw with Sheffield United at Home Park in February and he booked French duo Mat Doumbe and Lilian Nalis.
