ARGYLE 'Til I Die is the result of a community writing project aimed at gathering the stories from Argyle fans of all ages about their experiences, adventures, mishaps and emotional turmoil that have been part of their Green Army allegiance.

These are real stories by real fans, which provide a rich source of fascinating material for Argyle supporters to read, enjoy and share. In conjunction with Plymouth Argyle Football Club, Playing for Success Plymouth is delighted to offer you the opportunity to pre-order your own copy, or copies to give away as gifts.

If you place your order on or before November 6, then you will be entitled to have the name of any person you choose added to a section in the book called Dedications. This is a list of the names with the text 'Friends and relatives have purchased and dedicated this book to the devoted Argyle Fans named above'.

The book will be launched and on sale on November 27. Free copies will be distributed to local schools and libraries, strengthening the Football Clubs links with the local community and encouraging new generations of fans.

All proceeds of the book will be used to run reading and writing projects in local schools. One of these will be the RIF scheme (Reading is FUNdamental) which aims to enrich lives by providing free books for children and their families. The project is supported by the National Literacy Trust and the Football Foundation.

Each book costs £10:00 and you are entitled to submit one name for the dedication page for each book you purchase.

Send a cheque payable to PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL to The Pilgrim Centre, Home Park, Plymouth, PL2 3DQ. Add £3:60 for postage (regardless of order quantity) or indicate that you will be collecting your order personally. Also please indicate the name you wish added to the dedications page.

Or you can come to the PILGRIM CENTRE (opposite the Directors entrance behind the shop) with cash or cheque.
