CHADWICK is an extremely honest and hardworking centre-forward. He is strong on the ball, a willing runner and more than capable of taking chances when they are presented.
Chadders began his career at Everton and made his debut in September 2001. His first career goal came in a Premiership victory over Bolton in January 2002, and he was looking to fulfil his potential, having been touted as Everton's most highly-rated young forward.
He spent a month on loan at Derby in March 2003 and the season turned out to be a frustrating one for Chadwick after looking like he was going to make the breakthrough the previous year.
The vast majority of the games Chadwick played in the 2003-04 season took place during a loan spell with Millwall, although he did make four appearances for Everton.
He introduced himself to the Green Army in an FA Cup match in the following season, but it was not exactly the best way to endear himself to his future fans as Chadders sealed Everton's victory with their third goal in a 3-1 win.
A month later, Chadwick was an Argyle player with Bobby Williamson spending £250,000 to bring him to Home Park.
He took a while to become accustomed to his surroundings, but he showed his commitment to the cause by playing a deeper role on a number of occasions in the 2005-06 season as Tony Pulis sought to play a more defensive formation.
Despite this, Chadwick scored Argyle's fastest ever goal with a cute lob on 11 seconds in the 2-0 December victory over CrystalPalace.
Ian Holloway deployed Chadwick in his favoured role as an out-and-out striker for the early part of last season but injury ruled him out of the second half of the campaign.
