We are aware that many members of the Green Army, as well as members of the local community who have reservations at Home Park Stadium, may have concerns about ticketing, hospitality and events in light of the current coronavirus outbreak.
The club understands your concerns, which is why, in line with our Vision and Values, we have collated a comprehensive list of your Frequently Asked Questions in this document in an attempt to remain as transparent as possible during these unprecedented times.

Please note, club policy is that refunds on bookings related to match-day activity cannot be processed until a new fixture date has been announced
The current proposal from the EFL is to complete the 2019-20 Football League Season. Therefore, your match ticket will be valid for the rearranged fixture, whenever this takes place.
If you are unable to attend this fixture when the new date is announced, you will be entitled to a credit note which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Information on how to obtain the credit note will be published with details of the rearranged game.
In this eventuality, we will provide a further, comprehensive, update to supporters.
Due to government and EFL advice, Home Park Stadium, and subsequently the Home Park Ticket Office, are closed, which means that we cannot process refunds at this stage. We appreciate this is not ideal, but we are dealing with an unprecedented situation.
We would expect tickets for these games already purchased to be valid for the rearranged fixtures.

If Mascots are unable to attend the rearranged fixture then we can either defer the booking to the 2020/21 season, or alternatively arrange for a refund.
Home Park Stadium remains closed to all but essential personnel. We therefore regret to inform you that no collections can take place until such a time as these restrictions are lifted.
Your booking remains valid for the corresponding fixture. We will contact all of our Club Argyle customers to inform them as and when fixtures have been rearranged. If you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture then we can either defer the booking to the 2020/21 season, or arrange a refund.

All ticket holders should contact Ticketmaster in the first instance. Home Park Stadium is the venue for the Little Mix and Westlife concerts, not the organiser, and is therefore unable to advise on refunds.
