Heartbreak For Baz

ONISMOR Bhasera suffered African Cup of Nations heartbreak as Zimbabwe lost out to Angola on away goals, just one match away from the finals.

Despite holding a 3-1 lead from the first leg, the Warriors went down 2-0 at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda on Sunday and were eliminated from the competition.

Angola will now take their place in the Cup of Nations finals which will be held in Libya in January 2013.

Meanwhile, former Argyle manager Bobby Williamson, who is now in charge of Uganda, also suffered disappointment after his side were beaten in an extraordinary penalty shoot-out.

Uganda, nicknamed the Cranes, lost 8-9 on spot-kicks having beaten cancelled out Zambia's 1-0 first leg advantage.
