Andy's Christmas Stay

ANDY Kellett's loan spell from Bolton Wanderers has been extended into a third month.

ANDY Kellett's loan spell from Bolton Wanderers has been extended into a third month.

The 21 year-old left-sided player and the two clubs have agreed a deal which will see Andy remain a Pilgrim until January 17 next year.

That takes in Argyle's busy Christmas and New Year period, starting with this weekend's Sky Bet League 2 visit to Northampton Town.

Andy will also be available for selection for the pre-Christmas Home Park game against Dagenham & Redbridge, and subsequent home matches against Oxford and Luton, as well as trips to Newport, York and Southend.

The loan takes Andy's stay at Home Park up to the maximum initial 93-day spell allowed under football regulations, after which new negotiations would have to take place if his stay was to be further extended.

Andy joined the Pilgrims from Championship in October and made his debut in a 0-0 draw at AFC Wimbledon, the first of nine consecutive starts he has made for John Sheridan's side.
