Gary In The Middle

GARY Sutton will officiate Argyle’s FA Cup second-round tie away to Sky Bet League 1 side Sheffield United this Saturday.

The Lincolnshire-born ref has taken charge of 15 games so far this season, issuing 44 yellow cards, showing the red card on three occasions, and awarding six penalties.

The last game Gary oversaw was MK Dons’ clash against Port Vale, where he showed a straight red to Vale’s Chris Lines.

Argyle’s overall record with Gary officiating stands at two wins, two draws, and one loss.

The last game in which he was in the middle for Argyle was a 1-1 home draw against Hartlepool United, our final home game of last season, when he kept all cards in his pocket.
