Rob in the Middle

SATURDAY'S referee, Rob Lewis, has been around the football league for an abundance of years having been a referee for just over 23 years.

He has spent much of his career working as assistant referee, running the line in games from the Premier League to the Champions League, and in World Cup qualifiers. 

Rob last refereed Argyle on the opening day of the 2013-14 season, when we lost 1-0 to Southend. The first of his four games reffing Argyle came back in 2010 against Notts County. 

So far this season Rob has been in charge of eight fixtures, which includes four draws, two home wins and two away wins. during those matches the teams had seen a grand total of 20 cards (18 bookings and 2 red cards) an average of 2.5 cards per game.
