IT is not just Argyle and their performances on the pitch that have impressed new signing Josh Simpson.

The midfielder, who made his home league debut in the Pilgrims’ 4-1 Sky Bet League 2 win over Carlisle United, is already enjoying life in Britain’s Ocean City.

“Me and the family have moved down here, and the kids start school in September, so it’s all going well,” he said. “It’s a beautiful part of the city; we went to see the British Fireworks Championship and there’s lots of things going on. 

“This is a beautiful part of the country and I’ve settled in with the family. The lads here have made me feel welcome; we’ve got a good bunch of lads and we’ve got a really good team spirit.”
