Feedback Analysis

This feedback was requested by the club from the Green Army as part of our ambition to continue to improve our engagement with, and service to, Argyle supporters.

We received 525 separate items of feedback from 220 members of the Green Army, to whom we are very grateful for sharing their thoughts. We sent the data to Plymouth University, where it was prepared by Daniel Arey, a BSc scholar with a specialist interest in Quality and Project Management. 

Argyle Chairman James Brent said: "The Board and I are very grateful to the Green Army for providing this feedback, and to Daniel and Plymouth University for undertaking the analysis. 

 

"Both matches against Liverpool were very memorable. The work rate and commitment of our players and staff cannot be sensibly disputed. However, not everything went as well as we would have hoped and we are keen to learn and improve. 

 

"The analysis will be presented to the Board in February, together with feedback from staff and a response from management. We believe that this will help us to improve our offer to the Green Army both for more typical matches and for larger ones."
