WE have received the follow statement from EFL Head of Digital Russell Byrne regarding problems suffered by some overseas subscribers to the iFollow network over the weekend:
"We are aware that some Clubs were affected by a technical issue that impacted on the Live Video Stream element of iFollow this afternoon.
"Please be aware that we are working closely with our suppliers to diagnose the cause of the issue, to understand what was done to fix the errors, and to ensure that this does not happen again.
"Once we have a clear view on exactly what has occurred – and what was done to remedy the issue – we will provide a more detailed report. Until then, please be reassured that this is being addressed by EFL Digital as the highest priority."
