Pele, Brazil and a Memento of a Wonderful Home Park Night

18 September 2017

REMEMBER when Pele played at Home Park?

That heady 1970s night when the world's best footballer and his Brazilian club colleagues of Santos graced Home Park is one of the great moments in Argyle's history.

We are offering you, not only the chance to relive that night, but to see, for the first time, a significant part of it.

Former Pilgrims secretary Graham Little will be reminiscing on the game - and dozens of his other unique Home Park memories - on a special Argyle night at the end of this month.

An Evening With Graham Little is being held in the Tribute Legends Lounge at Home Park on Friday, September 29, starting at 7.30pm.

During the evening, the match-ball used in the Argyle v Santos match - signed by Pele and all the players who took part in the game - will be on display.

Tickets for the evening, which is being hosted by the Plymouth Argyle Historical Archive, are £5, bought in advance from www.argylearchive.org.uk.
