ARGYLE supporters have just a short time to save themselves at least 12% on the price of a season-ticket for the promotion-chasing Pilgrims’ 2018-19 campaign.
With the early-bird discount on season-tickets for next year running out on Monday, April 30, the club has announced its post-offer prices based on playing in Sky Bet League One next season – savings will be even greater if Argyle are playing in the Championship.
The cost of a standard adult season-ticket for a Sky Bet League One campaign next season will be £419, compared to the early-bird price of £375.
There are similar savings to be made on concessionary season-tickets bought before the expiry of the end-of-the-month early-bird discount: tickets for overs 65s, 18-21s, and serving armed forces are 11.5% cheaper at the early-bird rate, while under 18s can save more than 30%.
Wheelchair users will also receive an age-related concessionary discount in recognition of the temporary lack of choice in viewing locations.
A Family Ticket, for an adult and an under 18 year-old in the Family Zone for All, is more than 15% cheaper if bought at the early-bird price of £441, rather than the standard price of £510.
Whether it is bought before or after the early-bird discount expires, a season-ticket represents the cheapest way of following the Pilgrims at Home Park in 2018-19.
Argyle are introducing three-tier variable pricing for match-day tickets next season, with the standard adult price of £22, the equivalent of £506 to watch every game.
Prices will be dictated by the category rating of each game. Most matches will fall into Category B and be subject to the standard match-day price, but some will be higher-priced Category A games to take into account significantly higher match-day operational and safety costs, and a few will be lower-priced Category C matches.
There are also savings on match-day tickets to be made by supporters who take out a brand new 1886 Membership, the first of several benefits which also include: third-level ticketing priority on home and cup games; second-level away ticketing priority; exclusive monthly draws; and a monthly 1886 Membership newsletter.
All prices are calculated on Argyle’s current League One status.
*Prices refer to tickets bought before match-day and include a £2 discount across the board on match-day prices.
