BSX Appeal

ARGYLE have confirmed that fashion apparel brand BSX (www.bsx-hk.com) will be their new First Team training wear sponsor for the forthcoming season.

The sponsorship is funded by the Hong Kong-based international retailer of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel and accessories. Established in 1981, the retail group that owns the BSX brand now employs over 8,000 staff with over 2,400 shops operating in more than 30 countries and regions worldwide.

Argyle Chief Executive Michael Dunford welcomed the deal and said: “The sponsorship reflects how ambitious the Club is and we are delighted to have a global brand like BSX on board."

Mark Loynd, Executive Director of BSX’s holding company, said: “The support and feedback we have received over the past year on our range of polo shirts has been overwhelming and beyond our expectations. In order to provide the supporters with a wider selection of products, we will be promoting our BSX brand; and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate this than by working with the Club as their first team training wear sponsor."

BSX, an acronym for Blue Star Exchange, offers a wide selection of contemporary clothing infused with an urban edge and a clear focus on quality. The brand will appear on all first team training wear.

On the sponsorship and the sale of replica training wear to the fans, Mark Loynd added: “We know how loyal and passionate Argyle fans are and we have taken on board their suggestions about the Training Kit sponsorship. As such, we are pleased to confirm that the BSX printing will be available for the First Team replica training kit sold at the Superstore, for no additional cost – the cost of printing will be taken care of by BSX as a gesture of thanks to the fans."

The complimentary BSX printing for the first team training wear will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The limited-edition Plymouth Argyle casualwear range designed and manufactured by BSX will also be launched soon.
