Argyle @ AFC Wimbledon - the Line-Ups

RYAN Taylor came into the Pilgrims' starting line-up for their Boxing Day encounter with Wimbledon at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

Taylor partnered 12-goal Freddie Ladapo in the Argyle forward line after the Pilgrims' top scorer recovered from an injured ankle in Saturday's home defeat by Accrington Stanley.

It was the Argyle No.9's first EFL start since the opening home game of the season against Southend.

Also recalled was central defender Ryan Edwards, while Joel Grant, scorer of the winner at Wimbledon last season, and Luke Jephcott making way.

Second-year apprentice Tom Purrington was in the match-day party but not named on the bench against the side where big brother Ben is on loan from Championship side Rotherham United.

Wimbledon's line-up included another former Pilgrim, also on loan - Jake Jervis, now of Luton Town.
