WE are looking for people with experience of working in Customer Service and Sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, to join the off-field team at Home Park.
Flexibility to work various shifts between 9am-8pm Monday-Sunday including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
To provide a high-level customer booking and enquiry service for Plymouth Argyle.
To sell and promote, with enthusiasm, all games on sale at Home Park;
To have a good understanding and knowledge of football, Plymouth Argyle and all Home Park events;
To answer inbound calls in a contact centre environment, at times dealing with a high volume of calls for sales and customer service enquiries;
Dealing with the public face to face at the Home Park Ticket Office;
To process ticket sales and reservations with all payment methods using Sport XR/Ticketmaster Ticketing System;
To ensure that a consistently high level of care and courtesy is provided at all times when dealing with customers and visitors.;
To undertake any other duty commensurate with the post as determined by the Ticket Office Manager.
The duties of the post require the flexibility to work various shifts on a casual basis, mainly between 9am-5pm including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays to meet the needs of the ticket-sale phases.
