ARGYLE have partnered with Plymouth Citybus in an overhaul of the Green Army’s away day coach travel.
Supporters are now guaranteed a place on a coach, no matter the travelling number; tickets for travel can now be bought alongside match tickets on eticketing.co.uk/pafc or via the ticket office direct; print-at-home coach travel tickets will be available if buying online; and all forms of payment will be accepted.
“We are delighted to be working with Citybus to provide travel to our supporters for our away matches next season,” said Argyle Interim Chief Executive Mark Lovell. “We’re really grateful to the PASC for a smooth handover and for the work they’ve done over the past few seasons.
“We will guarantee travel for anyone wishing to book, irrelevant of numbers and we’ll make a promise to offer full refunds to supporters if coaches are cancelled due to last minute match postponements.”
New 1886 adult members will be able to benefit from travel discounts going forward, with discounts of up to £5 available against non-member prices. Junior 1886 members will be given an even greater discount. Non-member prices, where possible, will be held at the same rates as last season.
Citybus Managing Director Richard Stevens said: "I am delighted that Plymouth Citybus has become the official travel partner for Argyle. I believe that the club is on the move and we are proud to help them on their way! I wish the team the very best of luck for the coming season."
