Good Morning Pilgrims

THE first weekend of the Sky Bet League Two season could hardly have gone any better for Argyle, winning 3-0 at Crewe with a brace from Callum McFadzean and Joel Grant also on target.

Dialling back to Saturday morning and we previewed the visit of Bristol City for Argyle Ladies, defeat to Leeds in the Northern Ireland Super Cup, video subscription options for the new season and a great start to the EFL Youth Alliance campaign.

The big day was here, as focus turned to Crewe and full report and pictures from the Alexandra Stadium. Manager Ryan Lowe talked of the family environment he creates and reward for the Green Army.

McFadzean was buzzing with the win and blown away by the support, goalkeeper Alex Palmer enjoyed a big game, Ryan’s soft spot for Grant and Callum found his shooting boots.

We start this week with Ryan’s view on the loan of Ash Smith-Brown to Oldham, a great win for Argyle Ladies and big winners from the Big Green Lottery.
