THE manner in which we allocate coach tickets for supporters travelling on the official supporters’ travel service is changing.
Previously, when purchasing travel alongside away tickets, members of the Green Army would be allocated a coach number, for example, coach one, or two.
Moving forward, members of the Green Army will simply be allocated a generic coach travel pass. On the morning of travel to each away game, Away Travel Co-Ordinator Nickie Drewery will allocate supporters on to the appropriate coaches for travel.
Supporters who do not meet the service at Home Park and rely on the coach service to pick them up en route to the away destinations, will still be allocated a position on coach one as a matter of course.
This new policy for coach travel will start from Saturday, when the Green Army make the long trip to Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup.
