Manager – Matt Taylor
Midfielder Matt Taylor actually played as an Academy goalkeeper with Preston North End and Everton before excelling as a centre-back in his University days. He was given his chance as a professional with Exeter in 2007 and spent four years with the Grecians before later playing for Charlton, Bradford, Cheltenham and Newport. Taylor replaced Paul Tisdale as Exeter boss in the summer of 2018.

Pre-Match View
“I don’t think there’s any such thing as ‘just another game’ when it’s a Devon derby. It’s one where, when the fixtures come out, the fans and players alike look at it.” Matt Taylor
