Season-Ticket Streaming Information

The EFL has outlined how Argyle season-ticket holders will receive their home league match passes for restricted capacity fixtures.

Unique match codes will be provided to the club on a game-by-game basis, which will then be distributed to season-ticket holders via email in advance of each fixture.

Argyle chief executive officer, Andrew Parkinson, said: “We are delighted that the EFL has been able to secure an agreement to allow us to provide live video streaming for our loyal supporters while ticketing restrictions are in place.

“We are grateful that this allows us to provide around 5000 match streams to season-ticket holders in place of their physical attendance. Although watching online is no substitute for the real thing, we hope our supporters enjoy following us from home.”

In order to provide streaming codes to each season-ticket holder ahead of each fixture, we ask that members of the Green Army ensure that their contact information, particularly their email address, is up to date on the Argyle Tickets system. We have provided video guides below to assist supporters with this process.

In order to stream live games next season, supporters will need to have an iFollow account. The EFL has stipulated that season-ticket holders’ iFollow account must share the same email address as their Argyle Tickets account.

If this is not the case, supporters have two main options:

1) Change your iFollow credentials or create a new iFollow account.

Users can contact ifollow@efl.com to change their iFollow email address. Alternatively, if no subscriptions are active, supporters may simply wish to create a new iFollow account with the same email details as their Argyle Tickets account.

2) Update your Argyle Tickets account details.

If supporters wish to change the email address associated with their ticketing account, they can do so by logging into their account on argyletickets.com. This process must be also be completed for any associated accounts within a network (e.g. accounts for accompanying children).

If supporters have not used online ticketing before, they can activate their online account by entering their member number.

In the event that supporters are unable to recall their member number, please contact the Home Park Ticket Office on 01752 907700 (during standard opening hours), or email tickets@pafc.co.uk.

User guides

We appreciate that using online technology can be a difficult and frustrating experience for many supporters and, in some cases, may not work appropriately. Our ticketing and supporter relations team will be on hand to provide assistance to those who need it.

However, we ask that supporters attempt, in the first instance, to amend their account details themselves – which will help us to process as many account updates as possible, and prioritise support for members of the Green Army who are unable to update their accounts themselves.

We have provided step-by-step video guides below to help members of the Green Army make necessary changes to their ticketing accounts below.

Match pass sharing

Season-ticket holding supporters are reminded that unique codes provided are for personal use only, and are single-use. Individual match passes will be available at a cost of £10 for those without a 20/21 season-ticket.

With games currently being played behind closed doors, streaming sales represent the primary source of revenue for the club, and we ask supporters to consider the impact of any such action.
