Season-Ticket Update

At the time of writing, 97% of the Green Army have opted against asking the club for a refund on their 20/21 season-ticket, despite the continuation of behind-closed-doors fixtures at Home Park.

With the return of fans to Home Park still on the horizon, chief executive officer Andrew Parkinson outlined options for existing season-ticket holders on Wednesday, with supporters able to choose between retaining their season-ticket, asking for a partial refund, reserving their seat for the 21/22 campaign, or a full refund, releasing their seat back to the club.

We have been overwhelmed by the incredible generosity of the Green Army, and we are extremely grateful for your support. We would like to remind all season-ticket holders to fill in the survey outlining their preferences, even if they intend to retain their season-ticket. Click here to participate in the survey.

In response to supporter demand, 20/21 season-tickets will once again be available to purchase from Tuesday, 17 November, which includes all 16 of the Pilgrims’ remaining Sky Bet League One home fixtures, at what would have been Early Bird prices (pro-rata), had we been able to sell them earlier in the year.

The easiest and most efficient way to purchase a season-ticket is through argyletickets.com.  Alternatively, If you require assistance, or would like to speak to a member of the team, email tickets@pafc.co.uk with your name, date of birth, contact email address and telephone number and seat location preferences, and a member of the ticketing team will call you to discuss your options.

Please note our ticketing team are currently working from home, as per government guidance, and so response times may be impacted, but we will do our best to get in touch as swiftly as possible after contact is made.

We recognise that supporters have already contributed to the club in a number of ways this season – including our Crowdfunder campaign in the summer.

Many supporters who pledged to purchase ticket packages through the Crowdfunder have been in touch to request an upgrade to a full season-ticket. We are delighted to now be able to offer this service. In order to do this, email tickets@pafc.co.uk, with the subject ‘Crowdfunder upgrade’.

Season-ticket holders’ perks will be consistent with those who purchased in the initial renewal period, granting priority access once supporters are allowed to return to stadia – only behind season-ticket holders who renewed in the summer. In addition, all new season-ticket holders will have their names added to the display wall outside of the home dressing room at the Theatre of Greens, as well as a welcome pack.

Further benefits include:

  • Priority on Away and Cup Ticketing
  • 10% Discount in the Argyle Superstore
  • No booking fee for the Season-Ticket holder to move their seat if purchasing additional tickets (by phone or in person only)*
  • Free entry to Home Park for selected non first-team matches
  • Exclusive match-ticket offers for family and friends
  • Membership card

FINANCE

Although the club has not previously offered finance options midway through the season, we appreciate that a one-off payment can be prohibitive, so we have once again teamed up with Premium Credit to offer a four-month finance plan option.

Fans will be able to apply for their payment plan online by going to www.feesmonthly.co.uk/football and searching for ‘Plymouth Argyle FC’ -  following the simple instructions.

If your application was successful, the application will then be processed and supporters can email tickets@pafc.co.uk with their seating preferences and a contact telephone number, and the ticketing team will be in touch.

Although 20/21 season-tickets will remain on sale indefinitely, the deadline to purchase your season-ticket through finance is Tuesday, 15 December. Thereafter, finance plans will no longer be available.

Argyle chief executive officer Andrew Parkinson said: “We have been overwhelmed by messages of support in the past few days, and the clear consensus amongst the Green Army is that they will not be claiming refunds.

“It cannot be overstated how important this is for the club’s short-term future, and the security it provides allows us to continue to work towards our long-term ambitions.

“By immortalising the names of our 20/21 season-ticket holders on the wall of our dressing room at Home Park, we remind ourselves, and our players, of the sacrifices made by our supporters to keep the club stable in these challenging times.”
