Healthy Future

Plymouth Argyle Women FC are delighted to announce a new partnership with Nuffield Health, the official health partner of Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

In a major step forward for the health, fitness and wellbeing of our female footballers, Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital will provide medical care for the Pilgrim Ladies, ensuring we continue to make progress in the levels of professionalism for the women’s team.

Competing in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division, it is essential that the young squad are given access to elite medical care and attention, allowing the players to perform at the highest level possible.

“I am delighted that Nuffield have extended their Official Partnership with Plymouth Argyle to incorporate the Women’s team,” said Chris Smietanka, Chairman of Plymouth Argyle Women.

“The benefits that will be provided by the expertise of Nuffield, will add to the multi-disciplinary approach that is supporting the players on and off the pitch.”

Argyle Head of Commercial Operations James Greenacre added: “We are delighted to see Nuffield extend their Official Partnership with Plymouth Argyle to provide additional benefits to our Women’s team and are confident that the extension of this partnership will prove to be very beneficial to both parties.

“Plymouth Argyle continues to progress on and off the field, and we’re looking forward to evolving our partnership with Nuffield Health over the coming months.”
