Following on from our recent updates on the changes to the iFollow access for Season-Ticket holders, we would like to remind supporters of this ahead of Tuesday's game with Swindon Town.
As we announced last week, the system is changing from a code-based approach to an email account system, which grants season-ticket holders automatic access to the Pilgrims’ home league fixtures until fans are allowed to return to Home Park.
Initially, this was scheduled to take place ahead of the home tie with Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday, 27 October, but had been slightly delayed. As such, codes were sent to season-ticket holders for the Doncaster fixture, with the automatic access granted for the first time against Swindon Town on Tuesday, 3 November.
We have advised supporters throughout the season that season-ticket holders need to ensure that the email address on record at the Home Park Ticket Office is consistent with their iFollow account and we can see that about 86% of supporters have done this, and will be granted the automatic access.
For those that haven't we will provide codes for Tuesday's game against Swindon, but will again ask that you please match up your iFollow and Ticketing accounts using the same email address for both.
How can I check I've got access to this game?
In order for season-ticket holders to check whether they have been granted access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple 4 step process to do so.
- Log in to your iFollow account on the club website
- Click your name in the navigation bar top right to get to 'My Account page'
- Scroll down to Purchased packages.
- Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If they have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket – Plymouth Argyle as shown below:
If it doesn’t show, then you have not set up an iFollow account using the registered email we have for you, therefore you will not be automatically granted access.
If this is the case, in order to not miss Tuesday's game you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a code and confirm what email you have set up for iFollow and we can then update the EFL.
