New Staffing Structure

The organisational restructure at Home Park has been completed, with a number of changes to supporter-facing roles now confirmed in the off-field team at Argyle.

John Spreadbridge has been appointed as the Pilgrims’ new Head of Facilities and Support Services, taking overall responsibility for Home Park Stadium’s day-to-day operations, and also leads on the club’s COVID compliance. Chris Ralph, as Estates Manager, holds responsibility for the playing surfaces at Home Park, the training pitches at Harper’s Park, and also manages the grounds at Argyle Community Trust’s Manadon Sports Hub.

Jamie Yabsley will head up a new-look and wide-ranging marketing and communications department, which includes dedicated supporter engagement roles. Daniel Cole is now the club’s Communications and Football Media Manager, and is Argyle’s primary point of contact for press queries, website content, and football media activity. Meanwhile, Charlie Rose has been appointed as the Pilgrims’ lead on digital content.

Siobhan Robbie-James is our new Supporter Relations Manager. Siobhan will lead on all elements of supporter care, including Supporter Liaison Officer responsibilities.

The club has not previously held a dedicated supporter engagement position, and Siobhan will lead on projects to significantly improve the customer journey and supporter experience at Home Park. She will also be the Green Army’s first port of call for issues, feedback, or queries, and can be contacted via email on supporters@pafc.co.uk, or through Twitter at @PAFC_SLO.

Nicki Errington continues in her role as Ticket Office Manager, and the ticketing team can be contacted on tickets@pafc.co.uk, or on Twitter at @ArgyleTickets.

The commercial department continues to be led by James Greenacre, supported by James Voisey and Laura Lezemore. There are still a range of commercial opportunities available at Home Park for the upcoming season, and our team would welcome a discussion. Please email commercial@pafc.co.uk, or call the commercial line on 01752 302204.

Christian Kent remains the club’s Head of Conferencing and Events, and is responsible for all activity relating to Home Park Stadium events and external bookings. Christian is now welcoming conversations around the use of our brand-new Mayflower Grandstand for bookings in 2020 and beyond.

Long-standing staff member Rachel Fry is taking on a slightly different role in retail, and is now responsible for buying and ongoing retail operations. The club is now in the process of recruiting a new Retail Sales Manager, with interviews taking place shortly.

Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Parkinson, said: “The past few months have been challenging for everyone associated with the club, and I would like to issue my thanks to staff and supporters alike for their patience and support.

“We feel we now have a skilled and diverse team in place, on and off the field, to continue to take the club towards our goal of becoming a financially sustainable Championship club in the years ahead.”
