Academy Super Sunday Gallery: Part Two

A fantastic day of football saw eight different age groups from the Argyle Academy play on the hallowed Home Park pitch on Sunday.

The event was staged in partnership with the Big Green Lottery and started as young as the Under-7s, right through to an entertaining double header for the Under-16 and Under-18 sides taking on their Forest Green counterparts.

The Theatre of Greens was in magnificent condition and an amazing opportunity for the next generation of Pilgrim talent to savour the experience of showcasing their skills at Home Park.

As well as the football, Argyle manager Ryan Lowe joined some of our youngest recruits as they signed a first contract with the Pilgrims. We will have a further gallery from Super Sunday over the next few days.

The Big Green Lottery is a scheme designed to raise money for the Argyle Academy and for just £2.25 per week, BGL members have raised an incredible amount of money over the past 13 years, helping to purchase a minibus for the Academy, state of the art sports science equipment, provided support in the Milk Cup tournament in Northern Ireland, and a whole lot more.
