ALEX attended Plymstock School before playing for local side Keyham Kolts prior to joining the Academy in 2013.

Alex travelled to Northern Ireland and represented Argyle in the team that progressed to the Milk Cup semi-finals in 2013-14 season. He has represented the Plymouth Schoolboys under-15s.

Alex came into the Academy system aged 14 years and made a quick impression with his stylish attacking play creating and scoring goals. He contributed to wining the Youth Alliance League and promotion to the Peninsula Premier League in 2015-16 season Alex has proven to be a consistent goal scorer in both the Youth Alliance/ Merit League and Peninsula League over the years. After completing his two-year apprenticeship, Alex was offered a professional development contract in 2017-18 season.

He has had trial periods at Bolton Wanderers, gaining some exposure in the Central League then capping the season when coming on as a substitute to make his League debut on the final game of the season against Gillingham. Manager Derek Adams then awarded Alex a professional contract for the 2018-19 season.
