Goalkeeping Coach Rhys Wilmot has been working full-time with the Pilgrims for the past couple of season but has been involved with developing Academy custodians at Home Park for many years.
Rhys enjoyed an outstanding playing career, coming through the ranks at Arsenal and enjoying loan spells with Hereford, Leyton Orient and Swansea.
He made the permanent switch to Argyle in 1988 and, over the course of the next four years, Rhys set his reputation as one of the finest goalkeepers ever to represent the Pilgrims.
He finished his playing days with the likes of Grimsby, Crystal Palace and Torquay. As well as working with the first-team goalkeepers at Argyle, Rhys also coaches in the Home Park Academy.
