Previous clubs: Bury, Guiseley, Alfreton Town, Kilmarnock, Stevenage (l), Burton Albion (l), Chesterfield (l), Sheffield United.

ATTACKING full-back McFadzean is one of five Sky Bet League Two promotion-winning Bury players to follow manager Ryan Lowe to Devon, alongside Will Aimson, Danny Mayor, Dom Telford and Byron Moore.

The Sheffield-born player made 49 appearances last season for the Shakers under Lowe, who signed the former Scottish under-21 full-back from National League side Guiseley just before the start of the campaign.

A product of the youth academy at hometown Sheffield United, and younger brother of fellow Blades' graduate Kyle – now at Coventry City – Callum made his first-team breakthrough at Bramall Lane at the start of the 2012-13 season while still a teenager.

Loan spells at Chesterfield, Burton and Stevenage followed, along with Scotland Under-21 honours before, in the summer of 2016, he signed for Scottish Premiership Kilmarnock.

Back in England, he played a few games for National League North outfit Alfreton before being picked up by Guiseley for the 2017-18 campaign, prior to joining Bury, contributing in the key position of left-wing back as Bury finished runners-up in Sky Bet League Two.
