Current season-ticket holders can renew for the Pilgrims’ 20/21 Sky Bet League One campaign from Monday, July 27.

The club would like to thank the Green Army for their patience and support during these unprecedented times. As a gesture of our gratitude, we have frozen prices for 20/21 renewals, meaning that season-ticket holders at Home Park will pay no extra to watch the Pilgrims compete back in the third tier. In addition, based on supporter feedback, we have reduced the cost of an under-23 season-ticket, in order to make following the Greens more affordable for young adults.

With the finer details on how supporters can attend our League One fixtures still to be ironed out in the coming weeks, we have done our best to deliver a ticketing option which takes supporters’ preferences into account, and prepares for all eventualities.

Due to the likelihood that capacity restrictions will be in place during the season, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend new season-ticket applications, as well as flexi tickets, 1886 memberships, and individual match tickets, until such a time that capacity restrictions are lifted.

The initial loyalty renewal phase will run until Friday, August 14, and priority access to games in a restricted capacity scenario will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

In the event that season-ticket renewals do not meet the initial reduced capacity at Home Park, a limited run of season-tickets will be made available for new season-ticket applications.

The club will, of course, place staff and supporter safety at the highest priority during our preparations, ensuring that we adhere to the guidance laid out in the Sports Grounds Safety Authority’s ‘planning for social distancing at sports grounds’ document.

Should fixtures need to be played behind-closed-doors at any time throughout the season, season-ticket holders will be provided with a pass to stream the fixture live on iFollow Argyle, or via an equivalent streaming service (EFL rules and regulations permitting).

Argyle is committed to family values and, with our under-12 and under-8 season-tickets, we aim to ensure that the next generation of the Green Army can get to as many Home Park games as possible at the Theatre of Greens.

In 2019-20 we introduced the Under-8 Season-Ticket for just £10, if bought with a full Adult, Senior or Under-23 Season-Ticket. An Under-12 Season-Ticket costs just £85, which equates to just £3.70 per game. We are delighted to be able to offer this again for the upcoming 20/21 season.

Equally, we have lowered the cost of the under-23 season-ticket this year to help bridge the increase between the under-18 price and the adult price.

Along with our innovative and industry-leading family area, we are paving the way for the fans of tomorrow.

As a season-ticket holder at Home Park, you will be entitled to attend as many of the Pilgrims' home league fixtures as government guidelines permit, as well as the following:

  • Priority on Away and Cup Ticketing*
  • 10% Discount in the Argyle Superstore
  • No booking fee for the Season-Ticket holder to move their seat if purchasing additional tickets (by phone or in person only)**
  • Free entry to Home Park for selected non first-team matches
  • Exclusive match-ticket offers for family and friends
  • Membership card

* The club awaits further guidance on away ticketing while capacities are restricted, but your season-ticket will entitle you to first refusal on cup ticketing at Home Park.

** Please note that, while social distancing measures are being implemented, it is likely that you will be temporarily relocated in order to maximise the capacity at Home Park while complying with government guidance.

Fans will be able to apply for their payment plan on line by going to www.feesmonthly.co.uk/football and then search for Plymouth Argyle FC,  following the simple instructions.

Supporters will get an instant decision, which will be one of the following:

  1. Application Successful – You will then receive a copy of your credit agreement within 48 hours.
  2. Application declined – This means you finance application has not been successful
  3. Application requires further investigation – This means your application requires further investigation and you will receive a response from Premium Credit within 5 working days.

If you application was successful, the application will then be processed and, 48 hours later, fans will be able to telephone the Home Park Ticket Office with their finance reference number.

If that checks out, your season-ticket application will be processed. As in previous seasons, the Green Army will be able to choose between two payment-plan options – for four months and nine months.

One of Plymouth Argyle’s club values is ‘fan focus’. As part of this, we recognise that some of our supporters can need the assistance of a family member or friend to help them attend matches and cheer on our team at Home Park.

To help support these fans, Plymouth Argyle Football Club operate a free Personal Assistant (PA) ticket scheme. You are automatically eligible for this scheme if you can supply one of the following:

  • Front page of your Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – (Higher/Enhanced Rate):
  • Evidence that you are registered severely sight-impaired (blind).

We recognise that the evidence requested above might not include everyone who has an access requirement. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to apply for access provisions, let us know why you require a free PA Ticket. You are welcome to post or email copies of any additional evidence that supports your application if you have any, or contact us to discuss your application.

Applications will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Buying a Disabled Ticket does not guarantee that a PA ticket will be issued. Prior to the start of 20/21 season, all supporters wishing to purchase Wheelchair-User Ticket, or apply for a PA ticket, will need to prove their eligibility to the Ticket Office.

A record of their eligibility will be noted on the ticketing system, but no details of the nature of their disability, or copies of their allowance eligibility will be kept by the club. The PA Ticket is issued to the disabled person and can be used only if the disabled person is in attendance. It is not valid, and must not be used, if the disabled person does not attend the match.

Please note: The PA Ticket replaces the previous Disabled Carer’s Ticket.

20/21 season-tickets go on sale from 10am on Monday, July 27, and the exclusive renewal period for existing season-ticket holders lasts until 5pm on Friday, August 14.

Supporters can pay for their 20/21 season-tickets by:

  • Card – available 24/7 for online renewals at argyletickets.com or through the Ticket Office hotline on 01752 907700
  • Our telephone sales hotline will be open from 10am-2pm between Monday and Wednesday each week.

  • Please note that, due to social distancing measures, we will be unable to renew season-tickets face-to-face, and request that supporters refrain from attending the Ticket Office in person.

How will the club decide which supporters get to attend games in person if capacity is limited?

Priority will be given to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis. Season-tickets are only presently being sold to 19/20 season-ticket holders, and those who purchase first will have priority access to games.

At present, we anticipate that season-ticket renewals may exceed initial capacity at Home Park.

Will I be able to sit in my regular seat?

The club will do its best to ensure you can sit in your regular seat at the earliest possible opportunity.

However, with social distancing measures likely to be in place, we will need to assign seating in order to maximise the potential capacity at Home Park to begin with.

What happens if supporters are not able to enter the stadium/the capacity is reached and I cannot attend the game.

It is the club’s intention to provide live streaming passes for season-ticket holders in the event that they are unable to attend the fixture in person.

However, this is contingent on UEFA rules and regulations allowing us to do so. We await further information from the EFL.

I would like to put my 19/20 ticketing credit towards the cost of this year’s renewal. How do I do this?

All credits have been processed, and they should appear in supporters’ online ticketing accounts. If this is not the case, or you would prefer to renew your season-ticket over the phone, our ticket office team will be able to process your credit via telephone.

Will I be able to sit with my friends at the game if we are not from the same household?

As is consistent with current regulations, supporters from different households are currently required to socially distance, although supporters from the same household will be able to sit together.

At present, the club is working to comply with the Sports Grounds Safety Authority’s ‘Planning for social distancing at sports grounds’ document.

The club will regularly review this approach in-line with changing guidelines.

Will I be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment to attend games at Home Park?

At present, the club is working to comply with the Sports Grounds Safety Authority’s ‘Planning for social distancing at sports grounds’ document.

The club will adhere to, and comply with, further government guidance on the matter, which we expect to receive following sport stadia test events throughout August.

Ahead of your first visit to Home Park, the club will ensure that all attending supporters receive appropriate guidance.

Will I be able to access toilets and refreshment kiosks from the concourses in and around Home Park?

At present, the club is working to comply with the Sports Grounds Safety Authority’s ‘Planning for social distancing at sports grounds’ document.

The club will adhere to, and comply with, further government guidance on the matter, which we expect to receive following sport stadia test events throughout August.

Ahead of your first visit to Home Park, the club will ensure that all attending supporters receive appropriate guidance.

I am a Flexi Ticket holder and I want to renew. Why is this option not available?

With the season likely to begin with limited capacity, it is not possible to plan and administer individual match ticket options at this stage.

The club will regularly monitor and review this policy based on government and EFL guidance. As and when restrictions on capacity are relaxed, individual ticket options will be made available.

I am not a current season-ticket holder, but would like to upgrade for the 20/21 season. Why is this not currently possible?

The club apologises for the inconvenience – in any other circumstances we would be delighted to welcome another season-ticket upgrade! However, at this stage, tickets are limited in order to comply with government guidelines.

In the event that season-ticket sales do not reach a capacity limit, additional season-tickets will be made available for sale, on a limited basis. Although it does not replicate the experience of being at the Theatre of Greens, we are hopeful that our games will be available to stream for supporters unable to secure a ticket.

How will the match-day experience differ from that of previous seasons?

The club continues to explore all options to ensure that the match-day experience remains as positive as ever, although safety and wellbeing of staff and supporters is of highest priority.

At present, the club is working to comply with the Sports Grounds Safety Authority’s ‘Planning for social distancing at sports grounds’ document.

The club will continue to monitor and review our match-day planning based on up-to-date guidance, as and when it becomes available.

Will the club continue to take part in the Tickets for Troops initiative?

Yes, it is the club’s intention to continue working with Tickets for Troops when the restriction on supporter capacity is lifted. However, in the immediate term, 20/21 ticketing options are limited to season-ticket renewals only.

Will NHS discount be available?

The club is currently exploring a number of third-party schemes to provide ticketing discount for NHS heroes once the restriction on supporter capacity is lifted. However, in the immediate term, 20/21 ticketing options are limited to season-ticket renewals only.

My season-ticket is tied into a hospitality package within Club Argyle. Will hospitality be available next season?

It is the club’s intention to continue to offer the Club Argyle experience for our hospitality season-ticket holders in 20/21. More information will be available on this in due course.

I am an existing season-ticket holder through Club Argyle. How do I renew?

Please contact our commercial team on commercial@pafc.co.uk, or call 01752 302204 to discuss renewing your Club Argyle membership.

If games are played behind-closed-doors, will I get a credit/refund for the value of my ticket?

The club appreciates the uncertainty for the Green Army ahead of the upcoming season, which is why we have taken the decision to freeze renewal prices, despite our promotion to a higher level.

While the situation is not ideal, offering loyal season-ticket holders priority access to games when the turnstiles open, while providing a streaming alternative should games be played behind-closed-doors, allows the club to forecast our revenues and plan our match-day operations appropriately.

As such, we hope that supporters understand we are unable to offer credits for behind-closed-doors fixtures during the upcoming season.

Why are there no membership options available for the 20/21 season (e.g 1886 membership)?

Due to current limitations on supporters in stadia, both at Home Park and for away matches, membership options remain limited to 19/20 season-ticket holders in the short term.

Once ticketing restrictions are lifted, the club will be able to offer a broader range of ticketing and membership options for supporters.

Can I buy individual match tickets for selected 20/21 Sky Bet League One or cup fixtures?

At the moment, ticket sales are being restricted to existing 19/20 season-ticket holders.

Once ticketing restrictions are lifted, the club will recommence individual ticketing sales and new season-ticket applications.

I would like to move the seat assigned to my season-ticket for next season. Is this possible?

Yes, please contact our Ticket Office to discuss moving your seat for the upcoming season.

However, please note that, while social distancing measures are being implemented, it is likely that you will be temporarily relocated in order to maximise the capacity at Home Park while complying with government guidance.

What happens if I don’t renew my season-ticket before the August 14 deadline?

If you do not renew your season-ticket during the initial loyalty period, your seat will no longer be reserved, and you will not be able to buy a season-ticket until they go on general sale.

In addition, you will not receive priority access to games under restricted capacity.

Are season-tickets refundable?

Season tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and must be used by the named person.

If I am unable to attend a fixture, can someone else use my ticket?

No, season tickets are non-transferrable and must be used by the person associated with the season-ticket. If you are unable to attend a match and would like to voluntarily release your seat for the club to place back on sale, please email tickets@pafc.co.uk.

Will the season-ticket provide priority on cup and away ticketing?

Yes, when applicable. The club awaits further guidance on away ticketing while capacities are restricted, but your season-ticket will entitle you to first refusal on cup ticketing at Home Park.

I purchased tickets and/or a hospitality experience through the Crowdfunder campaign earlier in the year. How do I redeem my purchase?

If your Crowdfunder pledge included season-tickets, our Ticketing team will be in touch shortly to redeem your purchase. If your pledge included a hospitality experience, our Commercial and Hospitality team will also make contact with you soon.

At present, current capacity restrictions mean that we are unable to process individual match tickets. However, supporters will be able to activate their ticket purchases once restrictions are lifted.
