Ticket Exchange is available through our ticketing partner Ticketmaster, and this gives season-ticket holders the ability to sell their designated seat at face value to other supporters for any Sky Bet Championship home fixture that they are unable to attend, irrespective of whether a match is sold-out or not.

Season-ticket holders will have until three hours prior to kick-off to repost their tickets. If they sell, then their ticket account will be credited with the respective value, as per the the table below.  

This can then be used against payment for league games, away travel and on season tickets.

Please note that the Ticket Exchange will only be available for games that are currently on sale.

You can post season tickets onto sale easily through your online account. We have created a guide which can be found here, and if your circumstances change, providing the ticket has not sold, you can cancel the posting and use your season ticket as normal.

For wheelchair users and ambulant disabled season-ticket holders, with PA tickets, as this is a zero-value ticket, they cannot be posted online, so we would request that if you are unable to attend that you contact the Home Park Ticket Office to advise us so that we can release the tickets and credit if sold.

Please note that PA tickets cannot be used without the main ticket holder, but if they are not posted for resale, the PA can be upgraded via the Home Park Ticket Office for use.
