12th October 2017
THE following acts are offences under the Football (Offences) Act 1991:
- The throwing of any object within Home Park without lawful authority or excuse;
- The chanting of anything of an indecent or racialist nature;
- The entry on to the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse.
Conviction of any of the above may result in a banning order being made. Indeed, some people have already been banned this season for infringing the above regulations.
Banning orders may be enforced after an incident has been reported to us, either directly or through the police, and may vary in length, dependent upon the nature of the incident.
Each case will be dealt with on its own merits.
Banned supporters will have the opportunity to discuss their conduct with the club before any ban is considered.
Banned supporters are not entitled to any refunds.
