Chelsea Ticket Information
Tickets for the Greens’ much anticipated Emirates FA Cup fourth-round clash with European champions Chelsea at Stamford Bridge will go on sale to season-ticket holders from Thursday, 20 January, at 9.30am.
The club has been allocated the entirety of the Shed End for this fixture, with an allocation just shy of 6,000. As such, we are expecting tickets to sell very quickly, and advise supporters that their best chance of securing tickets for this game is to book through argyletickets.com. Supporters can purchase in person and over the phone, but are advised that wait times will be longer.
The Home Park Ticket Office opening hours will be extended to 9am-5pm to accommodate increased demand, and supporters queueing will be served as quickly as possible. However, please note that we wholeheartedly support our Ticket Office staff’s right to refuse service to those whose behaviour is rude, threatening, or aggressive, and we reiterate that, with demand on the Ticket Office likely to be very high, ordering online is the most efficient way to secure your tickets.
In order to reduce wait times for those on hold for telephone bookings, the Home Park Ticket Office telephone queue has been reduced from 50 waiting lines to 15, with supporters wishing to purchase over the phone advised to continue to call until they successfully enter the queue.
The incoming phone lines will be closed at 3pm, although all supporters remaining in the queue will be served.
Similarly, a queue management system will be in place at the Home Park Ticket Office for supporters queueing in person. The marquee adjacent to the Mayflower Grandstand, usually used by the NHS for vaccinations, will be used to house queueing supporters, with a stewarding team on hand to manage flow to the Ticket Office Upon arrival at Home Park, please follow stewards’ instructions to join the queue.
Due to Chelsea's ticketing policy, there will be no collections available on the day. Supporters are advised to pay for postage, or collect their ticket in advance. Ticket collections at the Home Park Ticket Office will be available from 10am on Saturday, 22 January, and the final date and time for collection is Friday, 4 February, at 3pm.
Season ticket holders can redeem one ticket per season ticket held during the initial priority window. Should any allocation remain after the initial priority period, the club will advise on sale dates for Flexi Ticket and Big Green Lottery members.
Please note that the entire away section is designated a safe standing area, and supporters will have an allocated position that they must occupy. Supporters in a safe standing area are required to comply with the Supporter Code of Conduct, a copy of which can be found by clicking here.
