Turnstiles Feedback from Port Vale Fixture

Sync Argyle fixtures to your phone

We are writing to supporters to provide an update and apologise for issues which affected the entry speed of ticket holders in the Mayflower Grandstand prior to Friday night’s Sky Bet League One tie against Port Vale at Home Park.

The club is in the middle of implementing a significant ticketing and turnstiles upgrade around Home Park, which, when fully operational, will reduce queuing times around the stadium.

However, we acknowledge teething problems with the implementation of this system on Friday caused delays for supporters in the Mayflower Grandstand. The system only permitted entry via specific turnstiles, which was a change from what supporters were used to, and, in a number of cases, required supporters to queue twice to gain entry to the stadium.

This issue has now been rectified, reverting to the previous approach - meaning ticket holders for the Mayflower Grandstand can be permitted via any turnstile which accesses the Mayflower Grandstand.

In addition, the club will lay on additional training for stewards and volunteers to ensure that this does not occur again.

We thank supporters for their understanding, and for their patience.

As always, we encourage feedback on all matters relating to your matchday experience at Argyle. If you have anything you would like to share, we invite you to email feedback@pafc.co.uk.
