Vacancy | Stadium & Facilities Supervisor

The club is looking to appoint an experienced Stadium and Facilities Supervisor at Home Park.

The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are met on contractor management across all Plymouth Argyle sites whilst improving operational efficiencies. They will ensure that statutory and regulatory compliance is met and enhance the planned maintenance schedule providing clear three and five-year plans.

They will be expected to complete statutory and routine inspections and where appropriate, carry out or instruct remedial work to ensure ongoing compliance in line with the budget; recording all inspections and any remedial work to demonstrate ongoing regulatory compliance and provide internal assurance.

In addition, the role will include undertaking regular security audits of all Plymouth Argyle sites providing recommendations to improve site efficiencies. As well as, a focus upon the club’s environmental footprint and waste management.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Venue to plan and oversee the facilities budget in line with the facilities strategy.
