Watch England v Uruguay With Us

ENGLAND'S World Cup clash with Uruguay is being screened at Home Park, with Paul Sturrock in attendance as a special guest - and you can join us for free as an Argyle Foundation member
The Three Lions take to the field in Brazil’s Arena de Sao Paulo on Thursday, June 19 to play Uruguay in what could be a decisive World Cup Group D match.Argyle, in conjunction with Radio Plymouth and Target Travel, are hoping that the Green Army will come to their home of football to watch the action, with the game being shown live in Home Park's Tribute Lounge.
Doors to the Tribute open at 7pm and entry is just £5 – and, thanks to our sponsors, St Austell Brewery and Pilgrim Pasties, that price includes a delicious pasty and a refreshing pint of Carlsberg or Tribute. However, if you are an existing Argyle Foundation member, we will waive the £5 charge.

Argyle have their own links to the World Cup, with current manager John Sheridan making an appearance for Ireland at Italia ’90 before starting all four matches at USA ’94, while former manager Paul Sturrock appeared twice for Scotland at Mexico ’86.
Special guest Luggy will be holding court in the Tribute Legends Lounge prior to the England v Uruguay match, regaling fans with tales from yesteryear.
Car-parking is free at Home Park for all guests, and our fully licensed bar will remain open after the England match, allowing guests to dissect the game at length and catch the following game between Japan and Greece, which kicks off at 11pm.
