DEFENDER Aaron Bentley has completed his graduation to the Home Park professional ranks by signing his first senior contract.
Aaron, 18, was one of only two of last season's second-year apprentices offered pro deals by the Pilgrims, alongside midfielder River Allen.
The former St Boniface College student, who has represented Plymouth Schools at Under-11 and Under-15 levels, was originally spotted playing for Tamerton Foliot as a 14-year-old.
Nicknamed 'Rodney' by his peers, Aaron stood out in the Pilgrims' Youth Cup run last season, scoring - like River - in a magnificent third-round display at Aston Villa which the Premier League side edged 4-3.
