We have experienced a few technical problems at Home Park this week.
The Home Park Ticket Operation and iFollow Argyle have both been considerably affected.
This proved to be very frustrating, for which we are sorry, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
We share those frustrations. In both areas, the problems have been caused by circumstances beyond the club's control but we have worked tirelessly with our partners to attempt to overcome them.
Many of you have contacted us during this time; your feedback has been of genuine use and has helped us learn from what has happened this week.
We will use that experience to continue to try to ensure that we can offer supporters the best possible service.
