WEDNESDAY at Home Park was all about reaction to the final pre-season draw at Tavistock, the completion of our greatest manager countdown and lots more.
Our Pilgrim day opened with a report from Argyle’s 2-0 win over Chilean side O’Higgins in Super Cup, Neil Warnock at number three in your manager list and reaction to the Academy win in Northern Ireland.
Argyle manager Ryan Lowe was pleased to get minutes into Jose Baxter at Tavistock and the possibility of one or two more players coming through the door, plus his first impressions of the Pilgrim youth-team.
Dave Smith was number two in our greatest managers and then it was over to Paul Sturrock as the winner. We finished with the Club Platinum package at Home Park.
The focus now is all about Saturday’s trip to Crewe Alexandra and the wait is almost over for the start of the Sky Bet League Two campaign.
