Season-Tickets; Day One Update
The Home Park Ticket Office experienced a record sales day on Monday, with over 2000 members of the Green Army renewing their season-tickets for the 20/21 Sky Bet League One campaign.
The Ticket Office switchboard received over 48,000 calls from enthusiastic members of the Green Army looking to secure their renewal on the opening day of sales.
We are grateful for supporters’ patience and understanding as club staff process supporters’ purchasing requests, and continue to advise that online renewal remains the most efficient way to secure your renewal for the 20/21 season.
We have received two common queries relating to online ticketing issues, and can provide the following guidance below:
Multiple accounts
If you have more than one e-ticketing account set up with us, it is possible that you will see this message:
This is because the email address we hold on record for your season-ticket is different to the one being used for your e-ticketing account.
Please check that the membership number when you are logged in matches the number on the back of your current season-ticket card. If this is not the case, you will need support from a member of the team to change this for you. Please contact us through any of the means outlined below.
A similar error message will also appear if you are not logged into the system. Please check that you are logged in, and click on your notifications, to renew your season-ticket.
Networked accounts
If you are unable to link your account to others in your network (e.g children or family members), it is, in most cases, because their account does not have an email address associated with it.
Even in the cases of children, all accounts must have an associated email address due to data protection (GDPR) guidance. Once an email address has been added to these accounts, you will be able to add them as part of your network, and also renew their season-tickets.
If you are unable to resolve these issues, or any others, you can make contact with our team for support through any of the following channels:
- Call the Home Park Ticket Office hotline on 01752 907700 – please note that, during busy periods, there may be a long wait.
- Email tickets@pafc.co.uk and a member of the team will respond via email as soon as possible.
- Tweet or direct message the @ArgyleTickets Twitter account.
Thank you for your support.
