After the completion of moving week for the season ticket holders who have renewed, we are now able to extend sales out to the waiting list.
Key Information:
- We will apply an access, and you will be emailed to advise if you are able to purchase, with dates and timescales for this.
- If you have an Evergreen Membership, please contact the Home Park Ticket Office before attempting to buy for the discount to be applied.
- With access, you will be able to see available seats on an online map. You can purchase online where you can pay by card, use account credit and have access to the finance option. Please note for finance, applicants need to be over 18. You can also purchase via the Home Park Ticket Office, either in person or over the phone on 01752 907700 during office hours of 10am to 4pm weekdays and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. Please advise the team member if you have account credit to use.
- If you already have a season ticket, and attempting to purchase online, it will not allow you to purchase another seat.
- If you are already a season ticket holder and added yourself to the waiting list for your child, you will need to contact the Home Park Ticket Office, either in person or over the phone on 01752 907700 during office hours of 10am to 4pm weekdays and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.
- You can assign seats online, but only to those who have an access and who are in your network with the appropriate permissions for you to manage. For example, if you and your partner/child are consecutive on the waiting list.
- Your window to purchase will be as advised in your email. If you opt not to purchase in this time frame, then you will be removed from the list, and you would need to reapply to the list for future access.

All age-related concessions refer to ages as of 31 July, 2026. Proof of age will be required if booking in person. Proof of age will be required for concession purchases made online and by phone prior to tickets being sent. Suitable proof can be emailed to tickets@pafc.co.uk
Delivery:
- Standard Post - £1.80: If the card is not received, a reprint charge of £5 will apply.
- Signed For 1st Class - £4.20: This option provides proof of delivery. If the card is not received, a reprint charge of £5 will apply.
- Special Post - Special Delivery - £10.20: This option provides tracking and proof of delivery. If the card is not received, reprint is free. This option does not guarantee quicker delivery, but is more secure.
Collection:
Once purchased, if you opt to collect your season tickets, they will be available from 5 working days after purchase.
Please note that season ticket collection will not be possible on a match day.
ID will be required for all concessions if not previously seen.
